Indurate Property Management, LLC was established in 2008 as a family-owned and operated business. Founded by Chris Lamb, the company was created after he was unable to find a property management service that met his own standards for quality, reliability, and transparency. Recognizing a gap in the industry, Indurate Property Management was built to provide owners with a dependable, client-focused alternative.

Our company operates on three core principles: integrity, transparency, and fair pricing. We believe that successful property management is built on mutually beneficial relationships, ensuring both property owners and service partners are treated fairly, while relieving owners of the day-to-day burdens of managing their properties. 

Our goal is simple: for clients to think about their property only when rental proceeds are deposited each month.

Over the years, IPM has grown thoughtfully to ensure the inclusivity of local talent and professional vendors, allowing us to meet virtually any property need with trusted, experienced partners from our communities.

Our management team brings more than 20 years of experience in the housing industry and has cultivated strong relationships with skilled vendors throughout our areas of operation.

Chris Lamb’s background in general contracting, gained through hands-on experience in the family business, provides IPM with a practical, construction-informed approach to property management. This foundation allows us to proactively maintain properties, respond efficiently to issues, and protect the long-term value of our clients’ investments.
